Site Management - Luganese Tram-Train Network (RTTL) - Priority Phase

The subject of the tender is the provision of Site Management (SM) services for the implementation of the Luganese Tram-Train Network project - Priority phase.   The Site Management will be responsible for managing the implementation phase of all works provided for in the entire project. In particular, the civil engineering and plant engineering works underground (excluding railway technology) constituting the Breganzona tunnel and the associated works (safety tunnel, underground station and connection shaft to the SBB station, portals, "Cappuccine" station and adaptation of existing buildings/spaces). Including the civil engineering and plant engineering works constituting the above-ground sections, including the Cavezzolo viaduct, the existing section (Bioggio-Ponte Tresa) - excluding retaining walls - within the scope of the Luganese Tram-Train Network project - Priority phase.   Site Management (SM) is required for the phases SIA 41 (Support to designers for the preparation of tender documents), 52 (site management), 53 (Commissioning, settlement, support to designers for project documentation) and 6 (Management) in relation to all works provided for in the implementation of the Luganese Tram-Train Network project - Priority phase, excluding retaining walls. Site Management also provides a site geologist, carries out environmental monitoring of the works and specialized management for plant systems. Excluded from this tender are services relating to railway technology works (safety systems, control and telecommunication systems for railway operation, traction power systems).   For further information, please refer to the attachments of register 2 of the tender documentation.
