The participatory dimension of the project has been clearly identified as paramount by the residents and associations at the origin of the petition. Therefore, this is a client representative mandate to be conducted by a specialized office (AMO) whose scope of services will range from needs definition through commissioning and beyond, in order to ensure proper appropriation of the implemented measures.
