Active climate management in all herbaria of the Conservatoire et Jardin Botaniques (CJB), compliance with cultural property protection (PBC) requirements HVAC Engineering Services - MCR This call for tender aims to engage an engineering firm specializing in ventilation and air conditioning - MCR for phases 3, 4, 5 as defined in the SIA 108 regulation (ed. 2003), corresponding to 100% of the services. In detail: conduct pre-design and design studies under the coordination of the appointed architect - prepare tender documents - prepare the necessary additions to the building permit application file, under the direction of the appointed architect - coordinate, monitor and ensure proper execution of the works in collaboration with other specialists and under the direction of the appointed architect. The amount forming the basis for fee calculation, amounting to CHF 2'177'800.- net, was determined based on an estimate of the total project cost carried out by the Built Heritage Management (DPBA) in January 2025. Estimate: CHF 415'000.-
