An architect BKP 591 is sought, including overall project management in SIA phases 3 to 5 (Design, Tender, Execution), with experience in implementing renovation and conversion measures during building operation while incorporating heritage conservation aspects. The architect shall realize the construction project with high technical and organizational competence within demanding cost and schedule requirements. Construction work can be carried out exclusively during school holidays. The Mühletal vocational school resulted from an architectural competition and was commissioned in 1983. Since a comprehensive facility renovation is planned for the building in the medium term, the construction measures focus on immediate measures.
