Construction Project: ANNAplus - TP02-Wing A - Full Services Contract

With the ANNAplus project, Hirslanden Clinic St. Anna is setting a milestone for its long-term development. The project essentially comprises the extension Wing G (TP01), the replacement new building Wing A (TP02), a temporary operating theatre Wing Z (TP03) as well as some interface projects. Wings G and Z were completed using the general planner (GP) model with individual service providers. Wing G has been in operation since 2023, Wing Z will be put into operation in spring 2025. The replacement new building Wing A is the largest of the three sub-projects of the overall ANNAplus project. Wing A is scheduled to commence operations by the end of 2029. A construction project exists for TP02-Wing A. For the implementation of Wing A, i.e. further planning and construction, a suitable main contractor is being evaluated.
