Groundwater lowering TAZ : Pavement renewal in the roadway in the Pelikan Street area up to Parade Square, implementation of cycling route. GSZ : Implementation of the tree-lined avenue concept, protection of historic garden conservation inventory objects. VBZ : Track replacement with rail spreading and increase of distances from track axis to sidewalk edge. WVZ : Relocation of utilities and adjustment of hydrant location, decommissioning between Parade Square and Bear Lane. Adjustment of fountain at Pelikan Square. DAV : Renovation and extension of service lines and detector loops Ewz– öB : Selective adjustment of public lighting. Ewz-EL : Implementation of downtown energy network, new construction of distribution network for district heating and anergy lines and house connections E360° : Renovation of existing gas pipelines and house connections AfS Arch. : Support by archaeological service UGZ : Acoustic project (AkP) integrated in the construction project.
