Extension WWTP Mülenen

The subject of this call for tenders is the preparation of the preliminary project including an assessment of cost-effectiveness for the extension of the WWTP Mülenen with two process variants (basic project) according to SIA partial phase 31. The municipality intends to make the process decision after completion of the preliminary project, in which both variants will be developed in depth and in a comparable manner. This approach is intended to complete the planning phase by 2029. The implementation of the refurbishment is scheduled for the period 2030 to 2033. Additionally, the forecasted wastewater load until 2060 must be evaluated. Optionally, extended clarifications and bases (e.g. missing existing condition plans) are to be prepared or accompanied and, if necessary, the subsequent project stages according to SIA partial phases 32 Construction project and 33 Public inquiry project are to be processed.
