Public Call for Tenders for a Study Assignment on Enhancement and Networking of Village Centers

The study covers two perimeters constituting the two lots of this contract. These perimeters were selected based on their relevance to the study issues (periurban/rural local living areas), while also taking into account the interest expressed by the public authorities concerned in this approach. The bidder may submit, at their choice, an offer for a single lot or for both lots. If submitting an offer for both lots, the bidder must have the capacity to execute the requested services in parallel, to the full and complete satisfaction of the contracting authority. The award will be made on a lot-by-lot basis.
