Agglomeration Programme Lucerne 6th Generation

In collaboration with the project sponsors and the bodies involved, an agglomeration programme of the 6th generation must be developed in accordance with the Confederation's guidelines. The canton of Lucerne is therefore seeking a planning team through this call for tenders. For the development of the Lucerne agglomeration programme 6th generation, the canton of Lucerne defines three priority focal areas:  1. Revision and updating of the programme taking into account the Confederation's examination report on the 5th generation as well as the revised RRSPD ;  2. Alignment with the new cantonal master plan and integration of the agglomeration programme into the canton of Lucerne's new planning landscape ;  3. Coordination of measures with a view to the imminent implementation of the Confederation's key projects in subsequent generations.  The canton of Lucerne once again expects a priority need for action (A measures) for the time horizon of the 6th generation from 2032 to 2036.
