District Heating Network Nänikon Uster: Civil Engineering Services

Energie Uster AG plans the construction of the Nänikon Uster district heating network, which uses waste heat from a data centre in Volketswil as a heat source. The three distribution networks in Nänikon, Werrikon and Uster are expected to be built in phases between 2027 and 2036 and will measure approximately 24'000 Tm in final configuration. Engineering firms are sought to develop and implement the design and realisation for the years 2028 - 2030 according to SIA phases 31 – 53 (see annexes). Fundamentally, for the corresponding sub-phases, the basic services and objectives according to SIA 112 (edition 2014) and SIA regulation 103 (edition 2014), in particular art. 4 for phases 31-53 (preliminary project through commissioning) must be provided for the planning of the district heating pipeline
