tpg - Supply of Traffic Control and Security Personnel for Civil Engineering Works of tpg - Years 2026-2030

The object of this contract consists in the provision of personnel to ensure traffic control and security during the execution of tpg construction sites and/or those affecting tpg services. This contract is a framework agreement with a single contractor. Therefore, tpg will select at most one (1) company for the execution of this contract. This framework agreement with a single contractor is concluded without a minimum amount but will be limited to the total award amount, for its duration from the expiration of the appeal period without suspensory effect granted by the appeal authority, following the award decision. This maximum total amount corresponds to the total sum of expenses that could be incurred by tpg on this contract (framework agreement with a single contractor), over its duration and covering all services described in the specifications and response form, including potential changes in operational requirements. These indications do not in any way constitute a turnover guarantee for the contractor or a commitment to spend. The contractor may not submit any claims or request any compensation in the absence of an order notification. The volume indicated in the specifications will depend on the acceptance of budgets and requirements by tpg, which reserves the right to review them at any time. The contractor may not assert any claims in the event that this volume is not achieved during the entire duration of the contract (framework agreement with a single contractor).
