Renewal and Creation of a Passing Loop Station at Six-Fontaines LHand – Lots 1 and 2 - Specialist Engineer Services and General Project Management Phases 41 to 53
TRAVYS plans the implementation of two distinct but complementary projects at the Six-Fontaines site on the Yverdon-les-Bains – Ste-Croix line (YSC). The first concerns the renewal and modernisation of the station, particularly with regard to accessibility (LHand), under a service agreement. In parallel, a second project provides for the creation of a passing loop upstream of Six-Fontaines, included in the 2035 development stage of the PRODES programme. Initially intended to allow a fifteen-minute frequency on the lower section of the line, this passing loop has become essential since the implementation of the 2025 timetable in order to remedy an already effective deterioration in line operations. This project is a priority and plays a strategic role in ensuring the quality of the railway service. This call for tender concerns the services of General Project Management (DGP), civil engineering (eng. GC) and Works Management (DT) as defined by standard SIA 103 for the partial phases SIA 41 to 53 of these two projects (lot 1 and lot 2). It also includes services of a geologist, as defined by SIA 106, and surveyor services for the same partial phases.
