Renewal and creation of a crossing point at Six-Fontaines LHand – Lots 1 and 2 - Services of specialized engineer and general project management phases 41 to 53
TRAVYS plans the implementation of two distinct but complementary projects at the Six-Fontaines site on the Yverdon-les-Bains – Ste-Croix (YSC) line. The first concerns the renewal and compliance of the station, particularly with regard to accessibility (LHand), as part of a service agreement. In parallel, a second project provides for the creation of a crossing point upstream of Six-Fontaines, included in the development phase 2035 of the PRODES programme. Originally intended to enable a quarter-hourly service on the lower part of the line, this crossing has become essential since the introduction of the 2025 timetable to address an already effective deterioration of line operations. This project is a priority and plays a strategic role in ensuring the quality of rail services. This call for tenders concerns the services of General Project Management (DGP), civil engineering (eng. GC) and Works Supervision (DT) as defined in the SIA 103 standard for the partial phases SIA 41 to 53 of these two projects (lot 1 and lot 2). It also includes the services of a geologist, as defined in SIA 106, and the services of a surveyor for the same partial phases.
