The Civil Engineering Department (TBA) intends to conclude a maximum of 10 framework agreements with capable partners. In case of specific requirements, the TBA may invite a framework agreement partner to submit an offer on a project-specific basis or conduct a mini-tender procedure among a maximum of three contract partners. The Civil Engineering Department has complete freedom in the selection of providers. There is no entitlement to a minimum order volume, no guaranteed volume, and no exclusive mandate or assignment rights.
