Framework Agreement for Planning Services of Utility Projects for Supply and Disposal as well as Road Construction City of Burgdorf

In 2025, the development regulation for comprehensive connection via district heating was approved by the competent government authority. On this basis, Localnet AG intends to continuously expand the district heating network of the City of Burgdorf.   In addition to the new district heating lines, other utility infrastructure for supply and disposal is to be renovated or replaced as needed.   For efficient planning and implementation of these projects, the clients (Localnet AG and City of Burgdorf) intend to jointly conclude a framework agreement with multiple awards for the flexible and needs-based procurement of planning services.   Within the scope of this tender, suitable service providers are to be evaluated who will support the internal project managers of Localnet AG as well as the Building and Planning Department of the City of Burgdorf in the planning and implementation of projects. The services include in particular activities along the SIA phases 3, 4 and 5 in connection with the renovation and expansion of utility infrastructure as well as road construction in the City of Burgdorf.   Framework agreements with up to five service providers are to be concluded for a period of 5 years.
