Framework Agreement for Specialized Services in Railway Operations
The complexity of the projects, the multitude of parallel projects, as well as the high safety and operational requirements lead to an increased need for specialized and expert support in various disciplines, which cannot be fully covered by internal resources. To address this, this call for tenders is being conducted, which comprises 8 lots. SZU plans to conclude a framework agreement with three companies for each lot. However, SZU reserves the right to waive multiple awards if the planned multiple award proves to be uneconomical or qualitatively disadvantageous for SZU. The call-up process per assignment is described in the draft contract under clause 2.1. Individual contracts are concluded for each individual call-up of services. There is no concrete basic service. Content, scope and time required for service provision result from the respective call-up. A partner company may cover multiple lots (= multiple roles). For each role and each seniority level, a key person must be designated who is responsible for fulfilling the services. A key person may cover multiple roles and/or multiple seniority levels.
