Framework Agreement Architectural Services Gastronomy

The subject matter and scope of this call for tenders concern architectural and planning services within the framework of a framework agreement to support City of Zurich Real Estate (CZR) in the planning, coordination and implementation of renovation projects in the food and beverage sector. Services are procured on a project-by-project basis through individual commissions. As no division into lots is planned, it is explicitly pointed out for reasons of transparency and fair competition that all projects – regardless of scope or location – will be awarded within the framework of a single framework agreement. No division into lots will take place.
