Modernization Project of Bière Station Site - Tender for the Award of a Mandate to a Multidisciplinary Group of Mandataries

Transport services in the Morges-Bière-Cossonay region (MBC) are planning the transformation and modernization of the Bière operations and maintenance site. The Bière site is the nerve center of MBC's rail production. To continue fulfilling this function, it must be modernized taking into account the development of rail production (planning horizon 2060), the needs of multimodal customers and their evolution (including P+R, services) and various legal bases (in particular LHand). With its location close to the municipal center, it should also be enhanced by exploiting its urban planning potential (including real estate) to make it a living place, integrated into the village. The project includes the construction of a covered station articulated around a multifunctional and multimodal public square, the conversion of the current workshop into a depot and the creation of a new workshop that will also accommodate the offices of MBC staff.
