Prestations de gestion des infrastructures techniques CVFCSE, AdB et sécurité/sûreté relatives au CMU ( "FM" )

OCBA wishes to entrust the management of technical infrastructure known as "FM", namely CFVCSE, AdB and security (safety & security) of the CMU (university medical center), to an external entity specialized in this field. This includes the supervision and monitoring of maintenance work related to these technical systems (with reporting and control of services provided). Contracts established by OCBA with its suppliers remain under OCBA's management. The FM service provider's main role is therefore to plan, manage, coordinate and monitor interventions (supervision, control and reporting) by companies and contractors under contract with the owner OCBA. It must also assume responsibility for the management and monitoring of technical alarms on the site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the supervision system in place. In this context, it must confirm receipt of these alarms and perform troubleshooting, according to defined and measured requirements within an SLA.
