Local Plan Revision Zollikon

Based on the Spatial Development Concept Zollikon 2026, the municipality elaborates in the first phase of the local plan revision a new municipal master plan. This integrates in a holistic manner the central topics of spatial development (settlement, landscape, transportation as well as supply and disposal) in the form of partial master plans. In addition to technical foundations and the implementation of cantonal and regional requirements, the current needs of the population are also examined, incorporated and represented. In a second phase, a comprehensive revision of the land use plan is carried out. Following an in-depth analysis, the mandate includes the preparation of all necessary documents and associated reports. The mandate comprises the spatial planning preparation of: the municipal master plan (consisting of settlement, landscape, transportation and supply master plans),the building regulations,the zoning plan including overlapping plans (e.g. core zone plans and further supplementary plans),ordinances with direct relation to the building and zoning regulations (e.g. environmental protection ordinance, parking ordinance). The mandate also includes the preparation and submission of documents for cantonal preliminary review and consultation, public participation as well as for adoption and subsequent approval by the canton, including the rectification of documents due to these procedural steps.
