New logistics building + PIF + Charging station

This call for tenders concerns the study, design and coordination services required for the realisation of the project «Logistics Building + PIF + Charging Station» located in sectors P47–P49, as part of Geneva Airport's «Pôle EST» programme. The project consists of constructing the infrastructure for the activities of integrators DHL and FedEx, for Geneva Airport's logistics centre, as well as for the new main PIF. The structure must optimise operational areas, guarantee the quality of traffic flows and manoeuvres, and meet the architectural, environmental and functional requirements of Geneva Airport. The overall scope of the contract also includes a charging station for light vehicles. This call for tenders is divided into three lots: - Lot 1: Architect - Lot 2: Civil Engineer - Lot 3: Technical Engineers This contract covers exclusively the study services in accordance with SIA 31, 32, 33 and 41. SIA phases 51, 52 and 53 will be carried out by a General Contractor (GC), awarded a separate contract. For SIA phases 51, 52 and 53, certain contractors from lots 1 and 3 will intervene in quality assurance, to support the client, for the control of architectural, technical and functional compliance with the requirements of the specifications.
