New construction and transformation of Felsenau works yard

The work takes place at the contractor's premises and at the project site. For individual planning and coordination meetings, the client's location may also be selected.

The assignment comprises the planning and execution of the upgrade of Felsenau works yard. The scope of services to be offered is based on the SIA fee schedule 102 for the following sub-phases: -3 Design (31 Preliminary project, 32 Design project, 33 Approval procedure) -4 Tendering (41 Call for tenders, tender comparison, award request) -5 Realization (51 Execution project, 52 Execution, 53 Commissioning) Beyond the SIA services, planning and realization are agreed using BIM methodology. All sub-services are required (except 31 - Study of solution options, rough estimate of construction costs, ≈ 3.0 %).
