NATY - New Yverdon Workshops / Yverdon-les-Bains - Quality Assurance (QA) Services of the Client
The new SBB workshops in Yverdon-les-Bains, primarily dedicated to heavy maintenance of long-distance train fleets, are planned to be realized in several construction phases between 2029 and 2041. They will include 3 new long tracks, new energy production and distribution, a company restaurant, social facilities (offices and changing rooms, new and renovated), renovated production areas in the quadrilateral and northern halls, a new bogie workshop, as well as the development of a temporary logistics zone west of the ICN hall. The project scope also includes the reorganization of all track systems located between the workshops and the station, the relocation of storage tracks from Yverdon-les-Bains to Bonvillars, as well as the relocation of P+Rail. It should be noted that the project scope is divided into two stages: a first priority stage, hereinafter referred to as «Stage 1 NATY», which is autonomous and coherent and will be realized as a priority (horizon 2030-2040), and a second stage, currently without designation. The «Stage 1 NATY» is itself divided into 4 construction phases, not to be confused with the usual SIA phases. The 4 construction phases are as follows: · Phase 1 – C10 long tracks, D7.2 energy, A5 Login, administration and restaurant ; · Phase 2 – Renovation B2 and B2N Login, bogie hall C9 construction ; · Phase 3 – Renovation B1, B3, B4 and C1 ; · Phase 4 – Renovation C2 and C7. This contract concerns the quality assurance (QA) services of the client. The control team responsible for QA (QA team) assists project management in monitoring the quality of planning and construction services provided to partners by the client during the planning, tender and construction phases (SIA phases 31 to 53) for the 4 construction phases of «Stage 1 NATY».
