The Mont-Sagne (L=1.610 m) and Vue-des-Alpes (L=3.250 m) tunnels are two-lane road tunnels on the N20 between Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds. Currently, they do not have emergency exits that meet the client's requirements. To remedy this situation, the OFROU has decided to construct two safety galleries (SiSto) parallel to the two tunnels. The selected contractor provides project planning (APR) and construction management (DLT) services from the preliminary design phase to commissioning (phase 53). These services include the construction of new safety galleries, portals and associated evacuation routes. The following services are an integral part of this agreement: · APR and DLT services in civil engineering works (general contractor) · APR and DLT services for operational and safety equipment (BSA) · Specialized services in environmental and materials management · Specialized expertise in geology, hydrogeology and geotechnics · Implementation of BIM methodology
