The maintenance responsibility for section N18 «Delémont–Soyhières» (TE 61) was assumed by ASTRA on 1 January 2020 (NEB section). The section Delémont–Soyhières with a total length of approximately 7.3 km can be divided into three sectors: the rural sector between km 0.00 and 0.86, the urban sector between km 0.86 and 2.43, and the rural sector between km 2.43 and 7.29. This is a national road class 3, for which a maintenance project of the UPlaNS type with selective expansion measures is planned. All technical fields (K, T/G, T/U, BSA and noise protection along national roads) are affected by the project. This contract comprises services as project designer (PV) in the field of «Environment» as well as environmental construction supervision (UBB) for the entire UPlaNS N18 Delémont-Soyhières project. Services related to protection against road noise are not part of this contract
