At the premises of the agent, on the relevant section of the national road and at the ASTRA infrastructure subsidiary in Thun, office spaces in Visp or headquarters in Ittigen (meetings).

Section N09.56 Bex Nord – Martigny is almost 15.8 km long. It starts at the boundary of subsidiary 1 (Estavayer-le-Lac) at km 56.222 and ends at the perimeter of project EP Martigny & Environs (km 72.000), completed in 2023. It includes two half-interchanges in Bex and one interchange in St-Maurice. The present project therefore consists of remedying certain infrastructure deficiencies to extend its service life by approximately 15 years by implementing individual measures in the following areas: • T/U (Route alignment and environment) – Renewal of surfaces and redesign of rest areas • K (Structures) – Construction measures on 11 structures (including some twin structures) and static verification of 7 structures. Individually for each procurement. This call for tenders concerns the services of an environmental project developer for the entire section N09.56 Bex Nord – Martigny and for all phases from preliminary concept design (MK) to commissioning (MS). UBB's tasks include the phases from tender (AP) to commissioning (MS). Studies that are subject to an MK-MP are not subject to the approval procedure. Section N09.56 Bex Nord – Martigny has been in operation for approximately half a century and has been subject to various maintenance measures. The surfaces and certain structures must be renovated promptly. The present contract is executed by PV environnement in coordination with the PV GC of the T/U and K areas during the MK and MP phases and concerns mainly the preparation of the EIA as well as the environmental monitoring services of the execution (UBB) from the AP to MS phase. The hourly volume intended for the contractors is specified by the client. For this contract, it amounts to 4,000 hours.
