The services to be provided are part of the works on the National Road N05 La Neuveville – Biel. The works are divided into three sections: Part 1: These are the remaining maintenance works (UPlaNS) 2026–2027 of the middle lot. They extend between PR+640.643 and PR+660.620, i.e. over a length of approximately 2 km, and concern green strips, a safety barrier and a retaining wall in the municipality of Twann-Tüscherz. Part 2: This is the expansion project planned until 2029, which provides for the construction of five new SETEC basins in the municipalities of La Neuveville, Twann-Tüscherz and Biel. Part 3: This is the project for the redesign of the entrance to Biel in the period until 2029, which provides, among other things, for the redesign of the road, the drainage system and the bus stops. This section extends between PR+66.600 and PR+68.200, i.e. over a length of approximately 1.6 km in the municipalities of Twann-Tüscherz and Biel. The tasks to be performed correspond to the services of the site safety manager during the following SIA phases of the project: 51 – Detailed design, 52 – Implementation of measures / Construction and 53 – Commissioning, Completion. With this contract, the client assigns to the site safety manager the following specific responsibilities: Ensuring the safety of the various stakeholders on the construction site (contractors, subcontractors, site management, representatives). Ensuring the protection of third parties in relation to the construction site (motorists, cyclists, pedestrians, residents, etc.). Ensuring the protection of operating railway facilities, in particular the adjacent SBB tracks, in relation to the construction worksIdentification of risks and definition, implementation and monitoring of the necessary safety measures during the planning and execution phase of the works
