Services not tied to a location shall be provided at the contractor's site; services tied to the site shall be provided on-site within the project perimeter, as well as at the ASTRA Infrastructure branch office in Thun, headquarters in Ittigen (meetings).

The national road section N01.16 from Kerzers to Bethlehem is upgraded through individual measures. The total length of the project perimeter is 14.95 km and is divided into two sub-projects. - EM «Tunnel Brünnen», incl. slow traffic management connection Brünnen Main measures: renovation of Brünnen tunnel, incl. new construction or expansion of control centres, replacement of fire water pipeline and complete replacement of BSA. Review of slow traffic management Riedbach-/Niederbottigen street - EM «UeMa open section, incl. Noise» Main measures: surfacing replacement, partial drainage renovation, AP-noise and upgrading of individual civil structures This procurement comprises the mandate of the design engineer construction for the technical areas T/U, K and T/G including traffic, environment and noise, as well as site management for the phases MK/AP to SIA phase 53 commissioning/completion.
