The Thun branch of the Federal Roads Office (ASTRA) regularly conducts procurement procedures for service, planning, project management and specialist planning contracts. In order to simplify and optimize the procurement process – both in the preparation of tender documents and in the conduct and support of award procedures – it intends to conclude two framework agreements. The framework agreements serve the efficient and competitive award of specific services within the framework of mini-tenders among the respective contractors awarded. A maximum of five bidders per lot will be included in the framework agreement. Framework Agreement Lot 1 covers territorial unit I (Canton Bern), Framework Agreement Lot 2 covers territorial unit III (Canton Valais). The services include in particular: · the preparation of tender documents for the procurement of planning services or services in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and the Cantonal Public Procurement Acts, · specialist and organizational support for award procedures, · answering bidder inquiries, · support in the evaluation of offers, and · the preparation of the evaluation report. Bidders must provide a pool of experienced project managers, supplemented by qualified specialist personnel. Services are provided in German (Lots 1 and 2) or in French (Lot 2).
