Site-specific services (such as meetings) are performed on-site at the client (ASTRA, Winterthur branch) or at the location of the work. Services that are not site-specific (such as the preparation of plans or reports) are performed by the contractor.

Procurement of a building project manager (including site management) for the phases Intervention Project (MP) through Commissioning / Documentation of the Executed Work (IBN/DAW) for the planning and implementation of sanitary facilities at 8 rest areas. Based on existing data and requirements, an approvable intervention project (MP) must be developed. Subsequent to this, tender procedures are to be conducted, evaluated, and the execution of the facilities must be supervised until commissioning. Upon completion of the work, the documentation of the executed work (DAW) must be prepared and handed over in accordance with the client's requirements. The planning and integration of building technical systems (HKLS) are part of the building project manager's services. The necessary interfaces for the integration of photovoltaic systems (PVA) must be considered and coordinated with the electrical planning project manager.
