MP-250021 N2 EP01 Mendrisio - Melano, Civil Engineering Designers for MP/DP Phase

Project EP01 Mendrisio – Melano concerns the comprehensive rehabilitation of the motorway section between Mendrisio Nord (km 8+200) and Val Mara-Melano (km 14+200), in accordance with the provisions of the National Roads Maintenance Programme (UPlaNS). As part of maintenance activities, several interventions requiring the opening of a publication procedure have been identified, in accordance with applicable legislation. These include the realisation of the pavement water drainage and treatment system (SETEC), the widening of the Lenaccio viaducts, the adaptation of noise protection measures, the construction of new technical facilities, and the extension of access ramps to the Segoma rest areas. The present mandate concerns the project phases MP/DP, S and MA/B for all technical fields of civil engineering (T/U, including construction site signalling management, K and T/G). Support services for the AP publication procedure and environmental monitoring services for implementation (SER) are also included. However, services for project authorship and site management in the EES technical field are excluded and will be subject to a separate call for tenders. The civil engineering contractor must however ensure coordination with the EES contractor. The design and execution of the project (or certain parts thereof) will be realised according to BIM methodology. The number of hours estimated by the client, including any additional services, amounts to 114'800 hours.
