MP-210059, N03/N04 Zurich Western Bypass, Maintenance BSA, ExpM / QS BSA Tunnel Ventilation + Control Systems D-x-3-3 ExpM Ventilation+Control (Phases SIA 31 – 53)
Realization works are carried out on site (within the project perimeter). Meetings and inspections take place at the ASTRA branch in Winterthur, on the project perimeter or in the premises of the contractor or other companies.
N03 / N04 Zurich Western Bypass was opened in stages in 2006 and 2009. The Federal Roads Office ASTRA plans to renovate the operational and safety systems (BSA). Additionally, measures are planned according to the Roadmap VM-CH project (PUN). Furthermore, GHGW and RaDo reduce congestion formation. In the course of these works, measures to implement the federal energy strategy are also being realized. This demanding expert mandate with emphasis on "implementation expertise under ongoing BSA operation in night closures" comprises interdisciplinary tasks and quality assurance for tunnel ventilation and other BSA subject areas. As a mandate characteristic, high on-site presence at night, including key personnel, is emphasized. Due to the complex task "QS BSA for maintenance under traffic", with reference to the heavily trafficked route section, this mandate includes an on-call service. In this mandate (D-x-3-3), quality assurance of the design is carried out for the phases measure concept and project as well as for procurement. During realization, the implementation of the design is supervised (execution documents, execution, commissioning). The scope of services thus encompasses phases SIA 31 – 53.
