MP-180038 Project Manager Construction SABA + Tonnenbach Exposure, Phase DP-IBN

Location-dependent services (such as meetings) are provided on-site at the client's premises (ASTRA, Winterthur branch) or at the location of the property. Services that are not location-dependent (such as the preparation of plans or reports) are provided by the contractor.

A planner (including site management) is being procured for the phases DP to IBN/DAW. The planner is responsible for detailed design of the SABA Tonnenbach and the exposure of the Tonnenbach, tendering, providing on-site construction management and handing over the documentation of the executed work to ASTRA Winterthur.  Both projects were launched simultaneously, the SABA in accordance with the National Roads Ordinance, the exposure of the Tonnenbach in coordination with the Municipality of Lindau (as the client) and the Canton according to cantonal procedure as a hydraulic engineering project. The legal force of the land use plan has been confirmed. The exposure of the Tonnenbach has also been fixed. The planner takes over the projects and produces an approvable detailed design for the SABA Tonnenbach and an approvable building application for the exposure of the Tonnenbach. Subsequently, the tender documents must be prepared and evaluated. For the implementation phase, site management of the overall measure is to be assumed.
