Lucerne Transit Station 1st Phase; Experts Structural Engineering Construction/Submission Project TP1 and TP2

Services as an expert: In its offer, the bidder shall propose services for the examination of the relevant structural engineering works according to RL UP-EB in the SIA partial phase 32/33 (Construction project/Submission project). In principle, the expert shall take into account the following points when evaluating the project dossier entrusted to them: ·       Load-bearing safety (overall system and all structural components). ·       Fitness for use in the interest of the owners ·       Ease of maintenance in the interest of the owners ·       Cost-effectiveness in the interest of the client and financing participants ·       Feasibility of the projected solutions (in particular construction methods, safety, schedules and quality) The expert shall enable, through their expert examination, high-quality, technically feasible and cost-effective overall solutions. The expert must also be able to provide sufficient capacity in the required quality even at times of peak demand. Examination Objects Lot 1 Below are listed the examination objects and examination packages of Lot 1 (Section 1). The objects are described and documented in the preliminary project dossier (see Part D100) of the respective sections. The examination includes for each object the necessary construction support measures, such as scaffolding, excavation closures, auxiliary bridges, etc., as well as any necessary impact protection measures. During the preliminary project phase, an expert examination has already been conducted in view of the internal technical pre-examination by SBB. These reports are also attached in Part D100.
