Complete Interior Renovation, Winzerstrasse 41,41a, 8049 Zurich

The client is conducting a selective procedure to procure architectural services for the « complete interior renovation at Winzerstrasse 41,41a ». Planning services in the field of architecture according to SIA standard 102 are sought. The following phases, representing a total of approximately 100 percent of partial services, are being tendered according to SIA standard 102 (edition 2020): 3 Design 4 Tender 5 Construction The architect must provide all basic services in accordance with art. 4.3 – 4.5 of SIA standard 102 (scope of services). Any additional expenses will be charged based on time spent. The committee of the foundation board of the PWG Foundation has approved a planning and design budget for the preliminary project and construction project. The subsequent conclusion of the contract will take place on a phase-by-phase basis and is subject to approval and authorization by the competent authorities and approval of the required budgets by the competent foundation bodies. There is therefore no entitlement to service provision in all partial phases.
