Barrier-free Buildings - Assessment, Planning and Implementation according to SIA 500 Standard

The properties are located throughout the canton of Zurich. Surveys generally take place on-site at the property location. Discussions with the client can take place via Teams or, if requested by the client, in Zurich or at the property location.

Detailed accessibility assessments have been conducted for over 100 properties in accordance with SIA 500 standard. For a further 100+ properties, self-assessments from the respective operators regarding the current accessibility situation are available. This data forms the basis for assessing, prioritizing and implementing the necessary measures to improve accessibility of the properties. Beyond the properties for which we have information, we anticipate an additional 50 to 200 properties for which action requirements may emerge during the processing. These properties are to be assessed according to the specifications and proportionality principles of SIA 500 standard. The necessary measures are to be defined and – depending on the property – implementation is to be planned and executed, or the necessary measures are to be formulated in a mandate.
