Replacement of EKZ server rooms, planning services in the field of HLKKS/GA and technical space coordination for the project

Service provision is planned for the period from August 2026 to approximately January 2028. Any fixed deadlines as well as the performance of services are subject to the issuance of the required building permit. The client reserves the right to adjust the timing or period of service provision or parts thereof as required. The place of service provision is at the provider's location as well as in Dietikon and Thalwil.

The advertised services consist of SIA phases 31 to 33, 41 as well as 51 to 53. Services must be provided in accordance with the applicable SIA regulations. EKZ has already initiated the building permit phase process based on the feasibility study. (SIA sub-phase 33). For this reason, only very limited services are required in this area.
