Call for Tender Dossier Engineering Office IRVE Sera Biasini, 27
Design study for the IRVE project at the Sera-Biasini 27 site in Lausanne aimed at supporting the gradual electrification of the municipal fleet dedicated in particular to snow removal operations and service vehicles. The planned infrastructure comprises 22 DC fast-charging stations of 50 kW, one ultra-fast DC charging station of 360 kW, two AC charging stations of 22 kW and two mobile DC charging stations of 80 kW intended for workshops. The total installed power capacity of the infrastructure is estimated at approximately 1.65 MW. To ensure controlled integration into the site's energy infrastructure, the electrical input will be voluntarily limited to 2000 A and combined with a dynamic power management system (EMS). The project also includes the integration of an additional MV/LV transformer, the creation of a dedicated TGBT IRVE and the implementation of a secure digital architecture enabling supervision of the charging stations via the eCarUp platform of the City of Lausanne.
