Cernier, Épervier 4 – Transformation, Energy Refurbishment and Change of Use of the Building / Architect Mandate, in accordance with phases 31–53 of SIA 102 standard (CFC 691)

Public tender in open procedure for architect mandate, in accordance with phases 31–53 of SIA 102 standard (CFC 691) CFC 191–291–491 are combined under code 691. The contractor has the option to subcontract the site management (DT/DLT) provided that this is an integral part of his offer and organizational structure. However, the contractor remains responsible for his subcontractor, thereby avoiding any information triangulation. This tender concerns the award of an architect mandate, including site management, in accordance with SIA 102 standard (CFC 691), for the transformation, energy refurbishment and change of use of the municipal building located at Épervier 4 in Cernier. The mandate comprises all services for design, coordination and implementation, from the preliminary design phase (adjustments to internal organization) through to commissioning and final closure of the works. The project involves a substantial transformation of an existing building, carried out on a partially occupied site, with planning permission already in force. The contractor must ensure coordination of the specialized consultants, conduct of tender procedures and site management through to handover of the completed works.
