In order to strengthen the internal resources of specialist advice for construction project management in the fields of heating, ventilation, climate (HVAC) and sanitary installation (S) for projects in Switzerland, the FIS procures support from two external providers respectively their specialists by means of framework agreements. Two separate tenders (lots 1-2) aim to procure two qualified providers respectively their specialists each: Lot 1 : Framework agreements external specialist advice heating / ventilation / climate Lot 2 : Framework agreements external specialist advice sanitary installation Providers are sought who each have two flexibly available key personnel, who, in the roles advertised here, as client-side specialist planning consultants HVAC and S, demonstrate the following qualities: The key personnel represent the concerns and interests of the client. They are impartial and neutral towards the specialist planners, contractors and other participants mandated in the projects. They are technically competent, technically versatile and conceptually strong. Networked thinking, agile action and stage-appropriate communication are the strengths of the key personnel. Loyalty to the client, professional handling of confidential documents and the resulting confidentiality are fundamental requirements for the providers and key personnel to be procured.
