Architect with additional Project Manager function | Renovation and enhancement of Prau la Selva sports centre, Flims

The municipality of Flims is issuing, on behalf of the autonomous public institution Prau la Selva (SörA PLS - under establishment), supported by the municipalities of Flims, Laax and Falera, a public call for tenders for the services of architect with additional project manager function. The objective is to further develop the Prau la Selva sports centre into a modern, year-round usable sports and leisure infrastructure for residents and guests. The facility requires renovation and is to be renewed in a functional, economical and sustainable manner as part of the repositioning. The services include planning services according to SIA 102/103/108 (2020 edition) for phases 31–63. Particular requirements concern consistent cost management (compliance with the approved budget), integrated planning, operations-optimized design, as well as sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.
