Renovation and conversion of the Manegg school complex, general planning services (subject to budget approval) The school for children and adolescents with physical and multiple disabilities (SKB) is located on the same plot as the Manegg school complex. However, the SKB will vacate this site in 2028 and move to the Saatlen school building. Subsequently, the existing SKB building is to be renovated and converted to accommodate the all-day school program of the Manegg school. In addition to the necessary infrastructure for all-day school operations, the building will in future provide space for classrooms, therapy rooms and the MKZ facilities. This will allow one of the three ZM pavilions currently on the site to be demolished and the remaining two to be converted for teaching, supervision and catering for the kindergarten classes. Procurement of general planning services (BCP 298.1) with the following mandatory team members / specialist areas: – BCP 291 Architecture / Construction Management – BCP 293 Electrical Engineering – BCP 294 HVAC Engineering – BCP 295 Sanitary Engineering   Details according to the planner selection program
