Renovation and Extension Project of the School Building in Palézieux

The project consists of constructing new school buildings adjacent to the existing building in order to meet the increased demand for classrooms. Additionally, the construction of a canteen and changing rooms for football teams, the renovation of the football pitch with synthetic surface, and the renovation/remediation of the existing building are planned. The constitution of a multidisciplinary consortium of project managers is required, comprising expertise in architecture, landscape architecture and civil engineering, as well as specialized engineers in heating and ventilation (HV) systems, sanitary (S) and electrical (E) installations, building physics and energy concept. A contract for all phases 31 to 53 in accordance with SIA 102 to 108 standards is envisaged, divided into two tranches: a firm tranche for phases 31 to 41 and a conditional tranche for phases 51 to 53.

The mandate is scheduled to commence in November 2027, subject to the approval of the study budget by the end of September 2027.
