Project for the Construction of a New Care Facility in Broc

Project for the construction of a new care facility with 72 beds, a SASD outpatient clinic and underground parking on plots 111 and 112 in Broc following the demolition of the existing building. A multidisciplinary consortium of mandataries is required, composed of the competencies of an architect (project manager), a landscape architect, a civil engineer and a timber engineer, as well as the competencies of specialized engineers in building technical systems (HVAC), building physics, energy concepts and fire protection and safety (AEAI). It is specified that the assigned services cover phases 31 to 33 according to SIA 102 to 108 Regulations, supplemented by services for the development of the tender dossier for total execution contractors and services for architectural supervision and assistance to the client during construction execution and handover of works.

The total amount of the price schedule and any allowances and compensation is CHF 180,000.- + VAT, normally for 4 to 6 prices according to the Jury's decision.

If the popular vote is favourable, a mandate is planned to begin in September 2027 for submission of the project for public consultation by the end of December 2028. Subject to the progress of the Pringy (Gruyères) care facility project, obtaining the building permit by the end of June 2029 and awarding the works to a total execution contractor within the same timeframe, construction should begin in early autumn 2029 and be completed by the end of July 2031.
