Competition Pôle Trois-lacs (PA Les Isles)
The City of Yverdon-les-Bains is undertaking a strategic urban restructuring: to free up the Ancien Stand area (near the railway station) for residential development, several technical services are being relocated to the Les Isles site. These include the Energy Service (SEY), part of the Mobility Environment Infrastructure Service (MEI), as well as CarPostal facilities, managed by PostImmo, the latter also being present at the Ancien Stand. The new pôle must ensure the operational continuity of these entities, meet their future needs, and optimize flows and logistics, while pursuing exemplary and high-performance architecture. The competition project must propose a coherent response to all programmes to ensure optimal urban and functional integration. The guiding principles of the winning project will be transposed into the land-use plan being prepared in parallel with the preliminary design. The competition winner will develop the City project component (SEY - MEI), while the PostImmo project component will be developed separately. The first stage of the competition must enable a coherent layout of areas, volumes adapted to the context, and the identification of shared spaces between the two clients, particularly access points and maneuvering areas. The second stage will allow for deeper consideration of the City project component (SEY - MEI).
