Selective Procedure / Call for Applications Subject of the MEP: The subject of the MEP is the technical, architectural and landscape integration of necessary acoustic devices on the elevated sections of line m2 in order to comply with planning limit values. Beyond being a remarkable mobility offering, line m2, with its infrastructure and the resulting urban developments, constitutes the backbone of north-south public transport for Lausanne and its agglomeration. In addition to providing access over 6.5 km to a remarkable cultural and leisure offering, m2 serves residential neighbourhoods, including in the city centre, accommodating a population whose demographic growth has been steadily increasing since 2008. The tl have already undertaken improvements, particularly regarding the offering, through an increase in service frequency to 90s which must comply with OPB. The intervention area is where the integration and realization of additional acoustic protection measures will be studied: · For the "Délices-Grancy" sector, · For the "Bessières-Saint Martin" sector, · For the "La Sallaz" sector Within the intervention area, only the surface redesign within the footprint of m2 is subject to mandate continuation (project study area). Implementations within the areas and outside the m2 footprint will be subject to separate procedures. Their implementations are not part of the mandate awarded at the conclusion of this procedure. The reflection area does not entitle a mandate. It is the area necessary to carry out the reflection properly. Procedure Schedule: 1st Phase: · Following this call for applications: Multidisciplinary pre-qualification composed of a landscape architect, a civil engineer, an acoustics engineer and led by the landscape architect. Selection is based on an application dossier 2nd Phase: · Parallel study mandates according to SIA 143 to one degree, with intermediate dialogue. The conduct of study mandates must enable the search for intelligent solutions and verify their technical and financial feasibility.
