Contract Increase for General Planning Services Waste-to-Energy Plant Hagenholz, 3rd Combustion Line 2K5

By a City Council resolution, the City Council increases the existing contract (STRB) No. 1643/2023 awarded to Ramboll AG, Hardturmstrasse 132, 8005 Zurich for general planning services in the context of the construction of the third combustion line 2K5. For major projects, general planning services are tendered and procured in accordance with SIA phases and the SIA performance model. A project is developed jointly with the general planner over many years. Due to the long planning duration, additional efforts or adjustments naturally arise that are not covered by the procurement contract and were not foreseeable at the time of tender.
