Renovation Titlis Residential Building

Architectural services for the renovation of the Titlis residential home of the Foundation for Self-determined and Supported Living FVAA in Emmen. The scope of services comprises architectural services in accordance with SIA Standard 102, phases 32 to 53 (building project, authorization procedure, tendering, design planning, design management and site management, commissioning and documentation). The services include further processing of existing preliminary project bases as well as support of the implementation up to project completion. Specialist planning services and services of third parties are not part of the contract. The award is made pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 lit. e PPC as a follow-up procurement. The contracted ARGE has lawfully prepared the preliminary project (SIA phase 31) through a direct award procedure, as the contract value was below the applicable threshold. The services to be awarded (phases 32–53) constitute a direct continuation. A change of architectural firm would result in considerable additional work, loss of knowledge and additional costs.
